Service contract
Scheduled PM plus priority emergency service and a predictable annual budget. Zeiss LSM contracts include labor, travel and replacement parts, with terms of one to three years.

What does a confocal service contract cost?
Contracts are quoted per system and configuration at a fixed annual price. Tell us each system in the facility and we will quote PM only or a full contract.
What does a Zeiss LSM contract include?
An annual PM visit, priority emergency service, and labor, travel and replacement parts, with optional coverage for external lasers, laser power supplies and controller PC upgrades.
How long are contract terms?
Zeiss LSM contracts run one to three years. Other systems are quoted per configuration.
How often should a confocal get preventive maintenance?
Most core facility systems get one or two PM visits a year, depending on use and how critical the system is.
Do you service multiple systems in one facility?
Yes. We can schedule PM for every system in a facility on one visit and quote them together.
